Michael Aronwits, RN, is a Registered Nurse and aesthetic specialist at Bespoke Surgical in New York City, specializing in advanced aesthetic and regenerative treatments for both face and body. With over six years of experience spanning critical care and aesthetic medicine, including extensive ICU experience, Michael brings a strong clinical foundation to his practice, combining technical precision with a deep understanding of anatomy, safety, and patient-centered care.

His background in both healthcare and visual aesthetics informs a thoughtful, highly individualized approach to treatment. Michael believes the best aesthetic medicine is rarely about doing more—it is often about doing less, but doing it intentionally. His philosophy centers on identifying and treating the root cause rather than simply chasing surface-level concerns, with treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique anatomy, goals, and overall balance. Known for his honesty and clinical judgment, Michael is equally comfortable saying no when a treatment is unlikely to serve the patient’s best interests.

Known for his innovative approach and commitment to advancing the field, Michael has helped expand treatment applications within both aesthetics and regenerative medicine. He helped spearhead clinical research exploring the use of the TempSure Vitalia device to improve skin quality and thickness in the anal tissue space, work that contributed to the development of Bespoke’s TempSure Anal Renewal Therapy and demonstrated promising outcomes for pre-, intra-, and post-operative patients.

Deeply committed to continued education, Michael is currently pursuing his Nurse Practitioner degree to further expand his expertise in advanced clinical care and evidence-based medicine. His goal remains simple: combine science, artistry, and clinical judgment to deliver results that look natural, age well, and genuinely serve the patient.
